How to clean carpet stains

We’ve all been there – a glass of red wine slips out of someone's hand, muddy sneakers track dirt through the door, little fingers wipe their hands where they shouldn’t… Stains and marks are the inevitable result of living in a home with carpet. But unlike floorboards or tiles where messes and spills are a little easier to clean, carpets can sometimes be trickier.

However you don’t have to live with stained carpets or put up with half-cleaned floors. We share our simple and effective way to naturally clean carpets that actually work. We promise!

Green carpet cleaning tips

Universal Cleaner is an eco-friendly carpet stain remover that’s tough on stains without all the chemical nasties you might find with other cleaners. For old or set-in stains, repeat the process a number of times until it has lifted. For larger stains, work from the outside in to prevent it from spreading.
