If you’re not totally happy within 30 days of receiving your order, just reach out to us - we’ll refund you in full, including the original shipping cost. No stress, no fuss.
Used the product? No problem.
If your product’s already been opened or partially used, you don’t need to return it. We get it - it’s not something we can resell or donate, so just let us know and we’ll still process your refund.
Need to send it back?For returnable items, you’ll need to cover the return shipping - unless there’s a fault with the product, in which case we’ll take care of it under our quality guarantee (see below for more on that).
Changed Your Mind?
It happens! If you’ve simply changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days for a refund.
In this case:
- You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping fees won’t be refunded.
Loo Blades are excluded from this policy for hygiene reasons.
How to Make a Return
Just email us at careau@koh.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’re returning
- The reason for your return
Once we validate your request (or receive your returned item, if needed), we’ll confirm by email and process your refund within 5 business days.Please note: While we’re proud to offer this flexible return policy, we reserve the right to withhold refunds in cases where we believe the policy is being misused. For safety and hygiene reasons, Loo Blade is not eligible for return.

That’s why select Koh products are backed by our 12-Month Product Quality Guarantee - covering any defects due to faulty materials, workmanship, or performance (for personal, not commercial, use).

If something’s not right, we’ll repair or replace the faulty part - or the whole product, depending on what’s best.
Making a Warranty Claim
Send us an email at careau@koh.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you need help with
- A quick note and photo/video of what went wrong
We’ll take it from there!
Our guarantee doesn’t cover:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care
- Commercial or industrial use
You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase to make a claim.
