Exclusions: Universal Cleaner 4L and all spare parts.

Limits: Maximum of 2 units per refill product per order.

Subscriptions: An additional 10% off the usual subscription price (clause 6).

Flash sales: Selected products for limited times, as advertised (clause 7).

1. About these terms

1.1 These terms set out how the Koh Black Friday Sale (Sale) works. By placing an order during the Sale Period, you accept them.

1.2 Prize draws held during the Sale Period have their own terms. These terms cover the Sale only.

2. The Promoter

2.1 The Sale is run by Koh Australia Pty Ltd ACN 139 768 219 of Suite 2501, Level 25, Westfield Tower 2, 101 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction NSW 2022 (Koh, we, us, our).

3. Sale Period

3.1 The Sale runs from 6:00AM AEDT on 1 November 2026 to 11:59PM AEDT on 30 November 2026 (Sale Period).

3.2 The time of an order is the time recorded by our checkout.

4. Where the Sale applies

4.1 The Sale applies only to orders placed at https://koh.com/ (Website).

4.2 Sale offers are not available through Woolworths or any other retailer.

5. Sale pricing

5.1 Discounts are as marked on the Website and are available while stocks last.

5.2 The Sale excludes Universal Cleaner 4L and all spare parts.

5.3 A maximum of 2 units per refill product applies to each order.

5.4 Sale pricing cannot be combined with any other discount code or offer.

5.5 Gift cards may be redeemed on Sale orders.

6. Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription orders do not receive Sale pricing.

6.2 Active subscription orders processed during the Sale Period receive an additional 10% off the customer’s usual subscription price.

7. Flash sales

7.1 During the Sale Period, we will also run limited-time flash sales on selected products.

7.2 Flash sale offers, eligible products and timings will be as advertised and are available only within the advertised window or while stocks last, whichever comes first.

8. Stock and free gifts

8.1 Some products may sell out during the Sale Period and may not be restocked before it ends.

8.2 Any free gift offered with a purchase is available while stocks last, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.

9. Pricing

9.1 Prices will not be adjusted, and price differences will not be refunded, for orders placed before or after any promotion or flash sale.

9.2 We may cancel and fully refund any order resulting from a pricing error or misuse of an offer.

10. Returns and refunds

10.1 Refunds for Sale items will be made at the price paid, not the full retail price.

10.2 Where we accept a change-of-mind return on an order that included a free gift, the gift must be returned unused with the returned items if the order no longer meets the gift’s qualifying conditions. If it is not returned, we may deduct the gift’s retail value from the refund.

10.3 All returns are otherwise handled in line with our Returns Policy.

11. Liability

11.1 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

This offer is valid on eligible purchases made at koh.com from 21 April 2026, for a limited time only. Offer applies to the following products: Sensitive Laundry Starter Kit, Core Laundry Starter Kit (liquid), and Complete Laundry Starter Kit (liquid). A free dosing cup will be automatically added to cart with each qualifying product purchased. Offer available while stocks last and may end at any time without notice. Not available in conjunction with other offers or discounts. Koh reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the offer if reasonably necessary, including in the event of technical issues. All standard terms and conditions on Koh’s website continue to apply.

Free Pre-filled Body Care Pump Promotion Terms & Conditions
This promotion is run by Koh Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 12 139 768 219), Suite 2501, 101 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022 ("Koh"). It is open to Australian orders only. Spend $75 in a single order and receive a free Pre-filled Body Care 340ml pump in your choice of Hand Wash or Body Wash. The $75 is calculated after all discounts and promotions have been applied and excludes shipping charges. The free product is not added automatically. You must select it in your cart, and it will then be added at $0. The promotion starts at 7:00am NSW time (AEDT) on 8 October 2026 and ends at the earlier of 11:59pm NSW time on 12 October 2026 or when the free products sell out. Stock is limited, so your preferred free product may not be available when you place your order.

The offer is limited to one free product per order. The free product has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or swapped for any other product. If the free product is not in your cart at checkout, it cannot be added to your order afterwards. If you return your order, you must also return the free product. Koh may change, pause or withdraw this promotion at any time, including when stock runs out, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
