how do I fill it?

Open box on side at perforated opening. Pull out tap and lock into position. Slowly twist tap to the left and ensure it is closed tightly to the right to avoid any dripping.

Twist the pump to open. Fill with either Koh Hand Wash or Body Wash refill. Screw closed. Done.
Colour-coded so there's no mix-up between Hand & Body Wash.
