Curtains looking a little dusty or drab? Skip the hassle of taking them down — Universal Cleaner has you covered.
What you need
✔ Universal Cleaner with Atomiser
✔ General Cloth
✔ Vacuum cleaner with brush attachment
Step-by-step guide
Step 1
Vacuum curtains top to bottom with the brush attachment to lift loose dust and pet hair.
Step 2
Lightly spray Universal Cleaner onto a General Cloth (not directly onto the fabric).
Step 3
Gently wipe curtains in downward strokes to refresh fabric and remove surface marks.
Step 4
For stubborn spots, use the Scrubby Corner of the cloth with a little extra Universal Cleaner.
Step 5
Air the room with open windows for a crisp, clean feel.
Pro tip
Regular monthly vacuuming keeps dust at bay and means fewer deep cleans.
Safety first: Avoid over-wetting curtains — too much liquid can cause water stains or shrinkage. Use a stable step stool for tall curtains, never balance on furniture.
Other notes
Always spot test Universal Cleaner on an inside seam first, especially for delicate fabrics. Pair with How to clean your windows for a full room refresh.
