What ingredients are in the Universal Cleaner?
Our Universal Cleaner is a formulation of potassium hydroxide and purified water. The active ingredient of potassium hydroxide makes up less than 0.5% of the total composition rendering it non-toxic around the home.
What surfaces & floors can I use the Universal Cleaner on?
Our Universal Cleaner is compatible on almost all surfaces. It cleans stainless steel, glass, mirrors, stone, wood, tiles, ceramics, plastics, bamboo, and most other common household surfaces.
We recommend you always spot test in an inconspicuous place first before you get Koh'ing.
Does the Universal Cleaner kill mould?
Our Universal Cleaner does not kill mould directly but will help in removing the spores from hard surfaces.
Does the Universal Cleaner work on limescale/hard water stains?
We have many customers who see great results on hard water stains. It is important to keep in mind that every surface is different and factors including local water quality, age of stain and previous cleaning products could alter the results.
What should I avoid using the Universal Cleaner on?
We recommend exercising caution on car windows with post-factory tints and all soft metals (aluminium, brass, silver, copper etc.)
