Koh $6,000 Complete Home Filtration System Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period The promotion runs 9:00am AEST on Thursday, 11 June 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday, 16 June 2026 (inclusive). Purchases made outside of these dates are not eligible for entry.

Entry Automatic entry is granted to customers who make a qualifying purchase on Koh.com during the promotion period with a minimum order value of $85. No separate entry is required.

Eligibility This promotion is open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, and Tasmania only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Koh and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

The Draw The draw will be conducted 17th June 2026 by Koh or their designated representative

The Prize The prize is a Complete Home Filtration (CHF) whole-home water filtration system, valued at approximately $6,000, inclusive of standard installation (subject to CHF's standard installation terms below).

Should the winner be unable to accommodate a whole-home system at their property (for example, due to residing in an apartment or due to site conditions that prevent standard installation) an alternative prize of a CHF Undersink Reverse Osmosis unit and three-way tap will be offered instead, inclusive of standard RO installation.

The winner must hold the legal right to install the relevant filtration system at their property. Proof of permission from a landlord or body corporate may be required where applicable.

No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.

Winner Notification The winner will be contacted by Koh via the contact details provided at the time of purchase. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 7 days, Koh reserves the right to redraw. Once the winner has confirmed acceptance of the prize, their details will be passed to the team at Complete Home Filtration, who will be in touch to arrange installation.

General Koh reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who has breached these terms and conditions. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions in full.

Notification of Winner

• Koh (or their designated representative) will contact the winner and confirm they have met the competition's terms and criteria.
• Koh will provide Complete Home Filtration (CHF) with the winner's details, including their full name, their residential address, email and mobile number.
• A CHF representative will contact the winner to confirm installation requirements and arrange their system installation.

Complete Home Filtration – General Conditions

• The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, returned or refunded for cash.
• CHF reserves the right to verify the winner's eligibility for installation.
• The installation of any system requires the permission of the homeowner.
• The CHF 6000 whole-home filtration system prize is suited to stand-alone residential properties on the main scheme water supply, and requires their own water meter. It is not suitable for commercial property, apartments or high-rise buildings or those with a common shared water supply, rainwater or bore water sources.
• The whole-home primary prize includes standard installation and standard filter setup.
• For general reference, CHF's whole home standard system installation services is described as follows: access to the mains inlet pipe to the home must not require breaking of concrete, more than 3m of copper piping or more than 1 hour of excavation work, i.e. not require access under poured aggregate or concrete; additional charges for non-standard installation will be charged at the cost of material and labour.
• Any installations outside of these standard installation parameters may incur additional costs and will be quoted before the commencement of work. Only after the extra expenses are signed and agreed upon by the winner will the installation proceed.
• Should the CHF 6000 system not suit the winner's residence or circumstances, an alternative prize of a reverse osmosis undersink water filtration unit and a three-way tap will be offered. CHF's RO installation requirements will also apply.
• Should neither the primary nor the alternate filtration option be applicable or acceptable to the winner, no prize will be awarded, and no compensation will be offered by CHF.

• Winners who have already signed a contract of sale with Complete Home Filtration prior to winning the prize; deposits are not refundable, and all contract terms are binding.
• All filtration systems require annual or more regular filter changes throughout their life to maintain their warranty and ongoing filtration quality. The winner can expect the system to require ongoing costs for replacement filters after installation.
• By participating, entrants agree to allow Complete Home Filtration to use images of their property and installation, and their first name and suburb, for promotional purposes without additional compensation or time limits.
• Service areas may apply. A supply-only system can be provided.
• The donated prize is offered in good faith to support Koh's promotional activity.

Disqualification Complete Home Filtration reserves the right to disqualify anyone found to have violated any terms and conditions, for unpaid payments, or for engaging in fraudulent or misleading activities.

Governing Law For Complete Home Filtration, the laws of Western Australia govern these terms and conditions, regardless of the state in which the competition is run. By entering this competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
