Cooking on gas? Love it. Cleaning the stovetop after? Not so much. But with the right tools, you can cut through grease and burnt-on spills without resorting to nasty chemicals.
What you need
✔ Universal Cleaner
✔ Atomiser Spray Bottle
✔ General Cloths
✔ Diamond Sponge
Step-by-step guide
Step 1
Make sure all burners are switched off and cool.
Step 2
Remove burner caps and trivets.
Step 3
Spray Universal Cleaner across the stovetop with the Atomiser.
Step 4
Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to loosen grease.
Step 5
Wipe clean with a General Cloth.
Step 6
Use the Diamond Sponge for stubborn burnt-on bits.
Step 7
Wipe down burner caps and trivets with Universal Cleaner before replacing.
Pro tip
• For extra shine, finish with the dry side of your Green Microfibre Cloth to buff the surface streak-free.
Other notes
Wrap a General Cloth around a Grout Brush and apply the bristle side to the grout lines of the stovetop to remove trapped grease and grime.
