Your air fryer is a weeknight hero, but the trays and basket can build up grease fast — and the exterior doesn’t escape fingerprints either. A quick clean keeps it fresh, safe, and ready for the next crispy batch.
What you need
✔ Kitchen Grease & Oil Cleaner with Foamer
✔ Scrubby Pad
✔ Universal Cleaner with Atomiser
✔ General Cloth
Step-by-step guide
Step 1
Remove the trays and basket, then spray them liberally with Kitchen Grease & Oil Cleaner using the Foamer.
Step 2
Massage foam over all surfaces with a damp Scrubby Pad.
Step 3
Let sit for a few minutes to loosen grease and food residues.
Step 4
Rinse thoroughly under hot water, scrubbing as needed with the Scrubby Pad.
Step 5
Allow trays and basket to dry fully before placing them back.
Step 6
For the exterior, unplug the air fryer, spray Universal Cleaner with the Atomiser, leave for two minutes, then wipe with a General Cloth for a streak-free finish.
Pro tip
Clean your air fryer after every few uses to avoid build-up that can affect cooking performance and flavour.
Safety first: Ensure the air fryer is unplugged before cleaning and completely dry before reconnecting. Avoid spraying solution near or directly on the electrical elements.
Other notes
• Lining the basket with baking paper (when safe for your model) can help reduce grease build-up.
• A regular wipe of the handle and controls prevents sticky residue.
