What exactly is Subscription?
Our super convenient subscription programme so you never run out of Koh. Our Koh-mmunity has been asking for an easy way of restocking without having to manually order. It is designed to be convenient, great value and flexible.
How does Subscription work?
Choose your Subscription product(s) and select the quantity (either in our convenient pre designed bundles or singles). Then choose your frequency (please note all products in bundles will all arrive at the same time). If you would like to order multiple products delivered at different frequencies we recommend subscribing to the singles of your choice. Once you've placed an order for your subscription(s), you will receive your initial order and then subsequent deliveries at the frequencies of your choosing.

Can I pause or skip a delivery?

What frequency should I choose?
In our opinion it’s always better to have a little extra Koh on hand so you don’t get caught with an empty cupboard at cleaning time!
We’ve done the thinking for you with our subscription bundles that have been designed for 3 months of cleaning (regular spot cleans and one large clean per week) for large and smaller homes.
Subscriptions are flexible so you can change your delivery frequency at any time, so you can change to more or less frequent deliveries whenever you like.
Can I choose different frequencies for my subscription products?
We know you may use some products more quickly than others. You can set different frequencies for your subscription singles order.
(Please note all products in subscription bundles will arrive at the same time).
How long will it take to get my order?
Subscription orders are fulfilled on the day you set. You can always Manage your Subscription and bring an order forward if you are running low.
