What can I use it on?

We only call it Dishwashing Liquid, because Dish, Car, BBQ, Stove and Oily Pizza Stain on your Good Shirt Liquid was too long to fit on the label. Check any relevant cleaning instructions before you apply, but otherwise the combination of grease-binding enzymes and grime-lifting formula works wonders wherever you need it.

Is a big pack better for my budget?

Sure is. By selling our Dishwashing Liquid in bulk we can drastically cut down on packaging and materials as well as prices. We recommend pairing it with a recycled bottle so you can strip back on single-use plastics use, too.

What's it made from?

CONTAINS: <5% Sodium lauryl sulfate, Cocamidopropyl betaine, Glycerine, Stabilisers, Preservatives, Sodium Chloride, Protease and amylase, Lipase.

No bleach, ammonia or hardcore nasties. Just an incredibly effective, Australian-made, and dermatologically tested to be gentle on skin winner. We like to think of it as everything you need and nothing you don’t.

What is the difference between the new Dishwashing Liquid and old Universal Dish Liquid?

The new formula has all the features you loved in Universal Dish Liquid - cutting edge bio enzymes that break down and lift grease and grime on contact for a deeper, fast clean. But we had an overwhelming request for a product that was thicker in consistency and worked better in a dish wand or sink of water as these are our customers preferred cleaning methods vs. using the foamer bottle. The new formula has all the same features, but is now more concentrated so it also lasts longer (and it's 10% cheaper at $17.95 vs. $19.95 for 1.5L)

Why doesn't it work in the Foaming Spray Bottle anymore?

We had overwhelming feedback from our Koh-mmunity who tried Universal Dish Liquid that they would prefer a formula that worked better in a dish wand or sink of water as these are their preferred ways to clean the dishes instead of using a foamer. Because of this part of the reformulation of the new Dishwashing Liquid includes making the formula thicker so it's more appropriate for these uses, it is also more concentrated as a result; meaning it should last you longer than the previous formula.

I have a Foaming Spray Bottle, what do I use it for now?

If you have Universal Laundry Liquid at home you can still use the Foaming Spray Bottle with that product to apply it direct to your laundry as a pre-treat. We're launching an innovative new product early November that uses the Foaming Spray Bottle so we recommend holding onto your bottle for this exciting new product!

How do I use Dishwashing Liquid?

Dish wand: as you would any other dishwashing liquid, decant directly into your fave dish wand
BYO bottle: we're currently working on a Koh bottle for our Dishwashing Liquid, in the meantime we recommend reusing a pump or squirt bottle you already have at home.
