● The promotion applies to CHF-6000 series systems sold and installed between June 15
2026 and August 31st 2026. Sales and/or installs made outside of the promotional
period will be excluded from this offer.
● This offer is available only to Koh customers, who must present a Koh-branded product
to the CHF Water Technician at their appointment.
● This VISA gift card offer is only available on the CHF-6000 range of whole-home
systems (this bonus offer excludes stand-alone under-sink RO and rainwater systems)
● Cashback is offered in the form of a VISA gift card. The VISA gift card is provided in
digital format only, after the installation and full payment for their whole-home filtration
system on an individual lot.
● The VISA card is not transferable and will be addressed to the buyer's name at the
registered email address associated with the system sale.
● VISA Gift cards are distributed approximately 3 weeks after your final installation.
● Enquiries must be made through the unique Koh customer tracking link. For enquiries
outside this link, the bonus offer will not apply and cannot be applied retrospectively, and
the bonus VISA card will not be supplied.
● This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other external third-party offers or
additional external discounts.
● Koh customers can accept special internal in-market sale offers from Complete Home
Filtration Water Technicians, CHF agents and/or the internal CHF sales team and still
receive their bonus VISA gift card.
● This offer is only available to new enquiries (starting from 15 June 2026) or to Koh
customers looking to buy additional CHF all-home systems or to upgrade other owned
properties. Individuals deemed to have previously enquired prior to, or received a CHF
Water Test Consultation, and/or already have a quote/deal in the CHF system are
excluded from this offer.
● Complete Home Filtration has the final say in determining eligibility and reserves the
right to withdraw the offer at any time without penalty. Any previous offers will expire and
may be superseded by new and updated offers, or potentially no offer at all.
● Customers who sign deals or confirm installation and then cancel will incur cancellation
fees. Deposits are non-refundable. All other sales contract terms and conditions also
apply, and are available on our CHF website.
● For general reference, the CHF whole home standard system installation service is
described as follows: access to the mains inlet pipe to the home must not require
breaking of concrete, more than 3m of copper piping or more than 1 hour of excavation
work, i.e. not require access under poured aggregate, etc.; additional charges for
non-standard installation will be charged at the cost of material and labour.
● Any installations outside these standard installation parameters may incur additional
costs and will be quoted before work commences. Only after the extra expenses are
signed and agreed upon by the customer will your installation proceed.
● This customer offer has been created and is offered in good faith for retail and consumer
sales.

Past promotions

Koh’s “30% off Laundry products“ promotion runs from 9:00am on 27 August 2026 to 11:59pm on 30 August 2026, Sydney time. It applies to products listed on the Laundry collection page at koh.com/collections/laundry at the time of purchase, and is available online at koh.com only, for orders shipped to an Australian delivery address. The discount is applied automatically to eligible products, with discounted prices displayed on product and collection pages, and applies to each eligible item rather than to your order total. A maximum of two per refill per order applies. The promotion is not available on wholesale or KohPro orders, on purchases from marketplaces or retail stockists, or on any product purchased for resale or commercial supply. Products are subject to availability.

The promotion cannot be used together with any other offer, discount or promotion. Where more than one offer could apply to the same product, only the highest single discount will apply. Subscription orders do not receive the promotional discount automatically. Subscribers who wish to purchase at the promotional price may skip their upcoming subscription delivery and place a one-off order during the promotional period. Koh Perks points are earned on the discounted price paid. Free shipping thresholds are assessed on your order total after the discount has been applied. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before or after the promotional period.

Koh may vary, suspend or withdraw this promotion, and may amend these terms, at any time before an order is placed. Any such change does not affect orders already placed and accepted. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a system or human error, Koh may decline or cancel the affected order and will provide a full refund, in accordance with clauses 23 and 24 of our Terms and Conditions. Returns, exchanges and refunds for products purchased during this promotion are handled under our standard 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and Returns Policy. Refunds are made at the price actually paid, and any replacement or exchange of a promotional item is provided at that same price. These terms are additional to Koh's Terms and Conditions, which apply to all purchases. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these promotional terms limits those rights.

The 'Spend $75, get a $25 Koh gift card' offer is valid on eligible purchases made at koh.com between 7am AEST 12th August and 11.59pm AEST 16th August 2026. The $75 minimum spend is calculated on the order subtotal after any discounts and excludes shipping and taxes. Gift card will be added to order and issued automatically once the minimum spend is reached. One gift card per order.

This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount code or sale price. Amounts paid using gift cards or store credit do not count towards the $75 minimum spend, and orders paid for in whole or in part with gift cards or store credit are not eligible for this offer.

Gift cards will expire 10 weeks from the date of issue. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Koh reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, and to cancel any order that does not meet these terms.
