Step-by-step guide

Step 1
Blot up as much liquid as possible with a kitchen towel.

Step 2
Spray Universal Cleaner liberally over the affected area.

Step 3
Let the solution sit for two to three minutes to neutralise odours and loosen stains.

Step 4
Blot the area again with a General Cloth, working gently into the fibres.

Step 5
Use the clean side of the cloth to absorb any remaining moisture.

Step 6
Allow the area to air dry completely before letting pets return.

Pro tip

Tackle accidents as soon as they happen — the quicker you act, the less chance of stains and smells sticking around.

Safety note: Disinfect your Cloth after use by pouring boiling water onto it in a sink or bucket and leaving for 10 minutes. Avoid using essential oils post clean (certain oils are dangerous for pets).
