How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery on orders over $99
For orders less than $99, our rates are $9.95 for Metro and $11.95 for Regional post codes.
How long will my order take?
Delivery is usually between 2-5 business days, depending on where you live in Australia. We’ll email shipping details to you once your order has been despatched, so you can keep track of your delivery via Australia Post.
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia wide.
How can I track my order?
All orders receive a tracking number from AusPost. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can via Australia Post.
Do I need to sign for my parcel?
All orders require a signature at the point of delivery. You can request a safe drop with Australia Post once your order has shipped however, we are unable to take responsibility for any missing parcels if Safe Drop is selected.

How many friends can I refer?
You can refer as many friends as you would like! Please ensure you send your unique link personally to friends and family who you think would like to try Koh, rather than sending it in bulk.
How do I know when my friends have shopped?
Once your friends have shopped using your unique link, we will send you an email letting you know. This email will also contain your reward discount code, which will be valid for 12 months.
I’ve referred multiple friends who have purchased. Can I use more than one reward code at a time?
Unfortunately you can't redeem multiple discounts at the same time. There is a limit of one discount code per order, and they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
My friend sent me a referral link but I’m being told I can’t have a code/my code isn’t working.
This is likely because you have shopped with Koh before, or your discount code has expired. The refer-a-friend discount codes are only available to first time customers, so if you’ve shopped with us before, it will not work. If you are a new customer, the code will be activated with a minimum spend of $50. Alternatively your code may have expired if you did not use it within 48 hours of it being activated. If this is the case, revisit our site through your friend’s unique URL and you will be issued with a new discount code to use within 48 hours.

What are the ingredients of Universal Cleaner?
Our Universal cleaner is a formulation of potassium hydroxide and purified water. The active ingredient of potassium hydroxide makes up less than 0.5% of the total composition.
Does Universal Cleaner contain palm oil?
No, our Universal Cleaner doesn’t contain palm oil.
Is Universal Cleaner septic safe?
Yes, Universal Cleaner is safe to use around standard septic systems.
Does the Universal Cleaner kill bacteria and germs?
Koh Universal Cleaner is not a sanitiser or disinfectant. Koh Protect Surface's patented formula has been clinically proven to kill 99.9% of bacteria including e-coli, salmonella, campylobacter, and pseudomonas as well as proven to keep household surfaces germ free for 7 days, even with regular cleaning.
Is Universal Cleaner chemical free?
Water and potassium hydroxide are both chemicals, so while Koh isn't technically chemical free, the Koh Universal Cleaner is free of harsh chemicals found in regular cleaning products.
Where is Protect Surface made?
Koh Protect Surface is packed in Australia from local and imported ingredients. The concentrate for Koh Protect Surface has been imported from the US.
What are the ingredients of Protect Surface?
The active ingredient of Koh Protect Surface is 3-(Trimethoxysilyl) Propyl Dimethyl Octadecyl Ammonium Chloride. The active ingredient makes up 0.75% of the total formulation for safe usage. The inactive ingredients are purified water (over 99% of the formulation) and Alkoxylated Aliphatic Alcohol
Does Protect Surface contain alcohol?
Both Koh Protect Skin and Koh Protect Surface contain a tiny percentage (<0.5%) of a naturally derived alcohol to act as a surfactant.

Yes, Koh Dishwashing Tablets are septic safe.
Is the Dish Spray pouch recyclable?
Yes, the Dish Spray pouch is 100% kerbside recyclable (including the cap). Once empty, simply remove the sticky tab on the rear of the pouch, tightly roll up the pouch and hold down with the sticker. Place in your plastics recycling bin.

Can I add essential oils?
If you'd prefer a scented clean, add up to 2-3 drops of essential oil into your Atomiser and Spray Mop. Do not use more than the recommended dosage as this could impact the spray functionality.
Does Koh Protect kill Covid-19?
Koh Protect Surface has not been proven to kill viruses such as COVID-19. Koh Protect Surface and Skin have been clinically proven to protect surfaces from 99.9% of bacteria including e-coli, salmonella, enterica, campylobacter and pseudomonas.
Is Koh Protect Chemical Free?
Water and the active ingredient in Koh Protect are both chemicals, so while Koh Protect Surface isn't technically chemical free, it is free of harsh chemicals found in most supermarket or ethanol based sanitisers.
Is Koh Protect tested on animals?

What can I use Universal Cleaner for?
You can use Universal Cleaner on almost any surface around the home including benchtops, ovens, stovetops, windows, tiles, bathrooms, floors and mirrors.
What surfaces should I not use Universal Cleaner on?
We recommend avoiding all surfaces susceptible to high alkaline solutions such as brass, zinc, copper and raw aluminium.
Do I need to do a spot test with Universal Cleaner?
Yes. We always recommend a small spot test in an inconspicuous place before you get Koh'ing!
How does Universal Cleaner work?
Universal Cleaner is a two-ingredient formulation made from potassium hydroxide and distilled water. Once sprayed onto surfaces, it binds to dirt, grease, and grime, then lifts and suspends it so you can easily wipe it away.
Is there a use by date for Universal Cleaner?
The formulation of the Universal Cleaner is effective for 18 months.
How long does Universal Cleaner last?
Our Universal Cleaner lasts for 2 months for a standard 2-3 bedroom home when used as an everyday cleaner in conjunction with the Koh cleaning system and Koh Spray Mop.
My bottle has stopped spraying
On very rare occasions, the Atomiser can become blocked due to the super fine mist sprayer. In most instances, this can be easily rectified. Take the head off the bottle, removing the straw. Once the straw is removed, submerge the head under some warm water and whilst underwater pull the trigger quickly to flush the system. After 30 seconds remove the head and reassemble. How do you wash the Microfibre Cloths?
The Koh Microfibre cloths should be washed on a 60-80 degree cycle with normal detergent. No bleach or fabric softener. Line dry. Wash separately to avoid colour bleeding. Your cloths will last around 300 machine washes.
How do you wash the Microfibre Mop Pads?
The Koh Microfibre Mop Pads should be washed on a 40-degree or below cycle with normal detergent. No bleach or fabric softener. Line dry. Wash separately to avoid colour bleeding. Your Mop Pads will last around 200 machine washes.
Can I use your essential oils around pets?
Please do not spray or diffuse Koh Essential Oils around your pets. If you are using essential oils around animals, please seek advice on how to use them safely.
How does Koh Protect Work?
Koh Protect is a 'microbiostatic' agent that bonds with almost any hard surface to offer long lasting protection from 99.9% of bacteria. Once applied to the surface, it forms an invisible barrier of positively charged ions which are like microscopic spikes that attract microorganisms and destroy them before they settle on the surface.
Can I use Protect Surface on my hands?
No, Protect Surface is for use on your household surfaces only.
Is Protect Surface safe to use on fabric?
No, Protect Surface is for use on hard surfaces only.
Can I add Koh Essential Oils to Protect Surface?
No, do not add essential oils to Koh Protect Surface. If you’d like a subtle scent when you clean, we would recommend adding Koh Essential Oils to your Universal Cleaner before you sanitise your surface.
How long will 1L of Protect Surface last?
1L of Protect Surface will last the average home approximately 3 months, with one application to common surfaces every 7 days.
Can I mix Universal Cleaner and Protect Surface?
If Protect Surface and Universal Cleaner are mixed, they will neutralise the effectiveness of each other. If you accidentally mix the two solutions, empty your Atomiser, rinse with water and dry thoroughly, then refill with the correct solution.
What surfaces can I use Koh Protect Surface on?
Koh Protect Surface is safe to use on most hard surfaces around the home including benchtops, table tops, laminates, sealed wood, marble, chopping boards, door handles & stainless steel
Is Koh Protect Surface safe for septic systems?
Yes, Koh Protect is safe for septic systems.
Can I use Protect Surface in my Koh Spray Mop?
As we do not offer separate mop bottles right now, we suggest you mop your floor as usual with Universal Cleaner and Koh Spray Mop. Once clean and dry, use your Atomiser to spray your floor with Protect Surface. Wait for 3 - 5 minutes until dry then use your mop to wipe away any residue.
My surface is still wet even after waiting a few minutes.
Typically you will need to leave Protect Surface 3 - 5 minutes to completely dry before wiping away residue, however drying time may vary depending on temperature, humidity and air movement. A fan may help speed the drying process. Don't overspray your surface, as excess product may take longer to dry.
Where can I use Protect Surface? Is there anything I can't use Protect Surface on?
Koh Protect Surface can be used on most hard surfaces around the home including benchtops, table tops, tiles, ceramic, laminates, plastic and wood. It can also be used on common touchpoints such as doorhandles, lightswitches and appliances. Avoid spraying on glass, as spotting may occur and may be difficult to remove. Spray should be promptly wiped off glass surfaces with a dry cloth. Please be aware that on stainless steel and some high gloss surfaces Protect Surface may leave a slight sheen.

It is also a more eco-friendly solution, with the Universal Cleaner and Atomiser replacing the need for 10 throw-away plastic trigger sprays.
